A LEVEL
This is a standard service which takes care of all minor issues and includes a complete evaluation of the instrument before proceeding including neck checked for warpage and loose frets or bracing (on acoustic guitars), and: fret polish, loose screws tightened, finger board conditioned, truss rod set, nut re-cut and lubricated, full electrics service, tremolo set, machine heads tightened, pick-up adjustment, restring, strobe harmonic setting, wear surfaces lubricated, action set. Includes new set of strings (bass strings extra).

AA LEVEL
Same as level A service, but includes the N.H.M. Nitrovane Harmonic Modification. This procedure corrects design faults in musical instruments that stop them playing in tune in certain positions of the fret board, particularly the G and B strings over the 1st 5 fret positions. Harmonics, when incorrect, tend to drain the tone from an instrument. They also have a dissonant effect producing a sound which is not pleasing to the ear. N.H.M. reduces this dramatically. This is a must for any studio work (less chord ‘drop-ins’!). Acoustically, your instrument can sound louder and clearer, with less cancellation from poor harmonics.

AAA LEVEL
This is the complete service which includes all the above features with the additional blueprinting, and upgrade from factory standard to Nitrovane standard, including fret leveling. Your guitar will have the lowest action possible making it, perhaps for the first time, very easy to play. It will have the most minimal amount of fret rattle, receive a higher standard of tuning across the board, and maintain its tuning for far longer.

AAAA LEVEL
This is the latest advanced tuning modification called the "Nitrovane Fret Addition" or N.F.A. This service cures the troublesome "3rds" problem for the open chords of D and A.

However I believe I can provide a relatively simple solution. The open A chord consists of the notes A, C# and E. The C# does not ring correctly with the root note A. This modification completely cures the dissonant sound of the first and third notes of the A and D chords, so that they ring correctly and produce a perfectly tuned triad.
The effect is dramatic. Im asked "Why has no one fixed this before?" I have no idea. This modification is only effective as an addition to (and includes) a AAA service .
