Kav's Guitars - 14/1/11

Refretting and AAA servicing to Kav 's J300 Gibson and Maton in time for him to record the Eskies next album in Sydney shortly. I hope they don't own too many more guitars. Kav has suggested that" man with most guitars when dies wins" Mmm, I think Kav's a bit of a thinker. I'm still trying to work out what he means by " black fingernails, red wine, I want to make you, mine oh mine (sic)" My suggestion to the Eskies was to do a cover of "I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts" ...... The guys politely said they would think about it.....

In the Studio with Eskimo Joe - 23/12/10

The guys were testing our their guitars which have received AAA treatments. They played "black fingernails " for me. Thanks guys.

HM's 1960's Favino - 22/12/10

Just finished a AAA service on Hank Marvins 1960's Favino gypsy guitar which he is recording with at present for a gypsy cd , with the amazing engineer Les Williams. Check out the photos

Kevin Visits Jeff Martin in Studio - Wednesday 21/07/2010

Kevin visited Jeff Martin this week and received a personal performance of 3 of his latest sonic masterpieces. They did not contain the vocals at the time so jeff sung them in my ear. A rather surreal experience.

Jeff also recorded with my 12 string Rickenbacker which had been AAAA treated for Perfect tuning. Hopefully Yusuf may like To use it as well on the up coming European Tour.Looking forward to hearing the finished product.
